AlisonFORMANFORMAN The family of the late Alison Forman would like to thank all friends, relatives and Direct Line work colleagues for the large support and kindness that has been shown following her untimely passing. We would like to thank the Medical staff for the care and attention Alison received in Ward 20 of the Western General, Edinburgh, also to everyone who kindly donated to C.H.S.S. Assoc and helped raise £2067. Finally, thank you to Jim Grant for funeral arrangements and to Anne Roberts of the Humanist Society. Ali will be sorely missed by us all.
