Seana PatriciaFITZPATRICKSadly on 23rd April 2024, Seana passed away in the care of Grimsby ITU, surrounded by loving family and friends.

Precious daughter of the late Pat and Marie, a treasured sister to Peter and the late Patrick and Paul, inspirational aunty to Connor and a much loved sister-in-law to Julie.

Seana was a true friend to so many and will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.

A service to celebrate Seana's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 30th May 2024 at 11:15am.

By request, family flowers only, but donations in Seana's memory to benefit 'UK Polycystic Kidney Disease' may be given at the service or online via this link: https://seanafitzpatrick.muchloved.com/ All enquiries to: -

Seana was a true diamond. Always keen to help others. She was like a mother hen with her little chick's and it was an honour to call her a colleague and a dear friend. Rest in peace. Simone xx
