FISHERDavid John (OBE.JP.Hon.Ald.Ex) Maud and Family would like to express their sincere thanks to all the family, friends and acquaintances for their kind words of comfort contained in the many letters, cards and floral tributes received on the news of David's death. A special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, and staff at the William Fisher Medical Centre and to Annie's Homecare staff who looked after him and supported us during his illness. Special thanks to Rev. Peter Begley and Rev. Ken Dunstan for the wonderful service. We were overwhelmed by the number who attended at St. Leonards Church. Thank you also to Paul King and his staff for their professionalism and support. Our grateful thanks for all the donations to our nominated charities.
