Much loved mum of Louise and Tom, dear mother-in-law of Steve and Vicki, wonderful nan of Lucy, Josh and Harry, and a precious friend to many. Pat will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all her family and friends.
At Pats own request a private cremation will take place.
