David JohnFERRISof Hillingdon passed away on Tuesday 6th December, aged 76. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday 20th December at 3.15 pm, at Breakspear Crematorium, Ruislip. As per Dave's instruction, no flowers. Donations would be welcome to Michael Sobell Hospice.
