June was a lovely person, who we remember fondly. Initially, we knew her through husband Denys and Farnworth Scouts; and then latterly when she lived in Ganton Close as a good friend of Mum, who lived across the road. Then, when we came back up North, we visited her and Denys at Delamere, and most recently at Bridewell Court .
The photo sums up June to a T. Always positive, with a great sense of humour (and the ridiculous), warm, and a great friend. Hers was a long, well-lived life - but we will still miss her lots.
