JohnFAULCONBRIDGEPassed away suddenly on 16th October 2018 aged 51 years. Dearly loved brother of Joy, Lynne and Elaine. Loving partner of Dave. He will be greatly missed. Funeral service to be held on Monday 5th November in Charter Chapel Canley Crematorium at 10:45 a.m. Family flowers only please.
