AvrilFADIANSuddenly at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on Saturday 3rd May 2025, Avril (nee Gillespie), beloved wife of Mick, loving mother of the late Michael and Kevin, cherished mother-in-law of Karen, dearly loved daughter of Gwendoline and Sonny, much loved sister of Karen, Janie, William, Gary and the late Gwendoline and a cherished nana of Conner, Karsson and the late Jodie.
Avril will be so sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Fortified by Rites of the Holy Church R.I.P.
Avril will be received into St. Mirin's Cathedral on Thursday 29th May at 6.00 p.m.
Funeral Mass on Friday 30th May at 1.00 p.m. and thereafter to Hawkhead Cemetery to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
Mick and all the family would like to thank everyone for their very kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers received.
