Thomas TomFADDENFADDEN (THOMAS) (TOM) - Passed away peacefully in hospital on Sunday 1st March 2015 with his loving family by his side. Tom aged 71 years and of Denton, beloved Husband of Ann. A very much loved Dad to Trish, Joanne and Gemma. Also a loving Father in Law and treasured Grandad and Great Grandad, Tom will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
