Passed away peacefully on 17th August 2021, aged 60 years. Tracey will be sadly missed by all who knew her and held forever in our hearts. Funeral service will take place at Canley Crematorium in the Cannon Hill Chapel on Friday 17th September 2021 at 11:15 am.
