HazelEVANSApril 24th, 2015 passed away peacefully in the presence of her family at Ysbyty Gwynedd, of Bell Cottages, Penmaenmawr, aged 78 years. Beloved wife of Leslie. Caring and cherished Mam of Ceri and Eira. Much loved and respected mother-in-law of Paul and Mark. Fun loving Nain Bell to her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Eglwys Dewi Sant, Penmaenmawr on Wednesday May 6 at 12 noon, followed by committal at Bangor Crematorium at 1.30pm. At Hazel's request dark clothing need not be worn.
