Beloved wife to John. Devoted mam to Jennifer and John and a dearest mother in law to Colin.
Loving Nanna to Beverley, Jack and Jessica. Also a much loved great grandma to Tyler and Olivia.
Iris will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Family and friends please meet for Iris's funeral at Tynemouth Crematorium on Monday 2nd February 2026 at 10.30am. Floral tributes are welcome, or donations in lieu if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
Everyone is welcome to attend a celebration of her life afterwards. Details of which will be provided at the funeral. All the family would like to extend their thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Ward 9 of Cramlington Hospital who looked after Iris for a short time prior to her death.
