Devoted dad to Vanessa, Clare and Joanna. Granchie to George, Charlie, Maggie, Elisabeth and Ffion. Beloved husband of the late Jane Elliott.
A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium on the 24th February at 2:30pm.
