JohnELLERTONPeacefully with his loving wife by his side John died on the 25th November 2025 aged 92 years.

Devoted husband of Jean. Loving Father to Richard, James and Robert. A Father in law, Grand Father and Great Grand Father.

A funeral service will be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Monday the 15th December at 2:40pm. Family flowers only please by request however donations in lieu and in memory of John may be made following the ceremony to Lindsey Lodge Hospice and the Scunthorpe Branch of the British Heart foundation.

Very sad to read about John.
He was a wonderful neighbour when we lived at Cliff Closes Road. I will always remember him trying to teach me how to say yellow when I was a little girl.
Thinking of Jean his wonderful wife and his sons and family.
