Walter HenryEDWARDSIt is with great sadness we announce that Walter, aged 84 years, passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side on 12th October 2025, whilst in the tender care of the HDU at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, after a long and very brave battle with a number of illnesses.

Beloved husband of the late Pat, father of the late Tony, a cherished brother, grandfather of Chris, Carl and Katie and great-grandfather of Jack, Freya, George, Theo, Walter, Millie and Astrid.

Walter will be deeply missed by his family.

A family burial service will take place in Scartho Road Cemetery on Wednesday 5th November 2025 at 2.00pm.

Donations in Walter's memory to benefit 'Cancer Research UK' will be gratefully received online or may be sent to the Funeral Director.
