Twelve years have passed today and my heart split in two. One side filled with memories, The other side died with you. I often lay awake at night when the world is fast asleep, I take a walk down memory lane with tears upon my cheek. Remembering you is easy, do it everyday, but missing you is a heartache that never will never go away.
A heart of gold stopped beating, two shining eyes at rest, God broke my heart to prove, He only takes the best. of all the special gifts in life however great or small, to have you as my Husband was the greatest gift of all. May the winds of love blow softly and whisper in your ear "I love and miss you and wish that you were here. There will be no more tomorrows that we can share
but our yesterdays will always be there. A silent thought, a secret tear keeps your memory ever near.
