Austin GerrardDUFFYSadly passed away at James Page House Nursing Home, Maghull aged 87 on February 10th 2023. Reunited with wife Maureen and daughter Colette . Dad to Neil and Mark, Father in Law to Mary, Grandad to Leanne & Stuart, Kevin & Louise. Great Grandad to Logan, Isla, Jackson and Connor. Funeral Service to be held at St Peter and Pauls Church, Crosby on Tuesday 7th March at 11am, followed by burial at Thornton Garden of Rest at 12.15pm, and finally to The Northern Cricket Club, Elm Ave, Crosby at 1pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired in Memory of Austin to Macmillan Cancer Support please. All enquiries to H Leslie Humphreys 69 Liverpool Road, Crosby. L23 5 SE. Tel 0151 924 4805

So sad to hear this news of such a kind, caring, loving Uncle Austin. I am sure all of us nieces and nephews are grieving alongside Neil, Mary and Mark. We will all have our stories to share about his generosity, his family "stories" of 6 siblings growing up in such tough times. Love to you all from Susan and Bill - New Zealand.
