It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of "Jim" on the 12th January 2024.
Jim was a man of his time, a hard working class industrialist and entrepreneur, the first son of an Ilkeston coal miner, became a successful respected businessman.
He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends and all of his work colleagues over the many years.
So rest in peace Dad and God bless xxx

Funeral service will be held at St Mary's Church Moorgreen NG16 2AB 15th February 2024 at 12 noon and afterwards a gathering of family and friends at The Horse and Groom Moorgreen, all very welcome.
