CarolDR KUURIt is with great sadness that the family of Dr Carol Kuur announces her passing on 22nd February 2026.

A beloved mother, grandmother, and dedicated physician, Carol's life was defined by an unwavering commitment to the care of others.

For 42 years, Dr Kuur served the Bay as a family doctor in the truest sense. Her professional life was a testament to her compassion, providing steadfast medical care to generations of local families. While her commitment to her patients was profound, it was only surpassed by the love she held for her own family and the joy she found in her home and garden.

Carol is survived by her four children, Jeremy, Carolyn, Annelies, and Aliesje, and her eleven grandchildren, all of whom will miss her dearly.

Her legacy of service, kindness, and devotion to her loved ones remains an inspiration to all who knew her.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Cecil Road, Paignton, on Saturday 28th March at 11:00 am.
