19th October 2025. Hi sweetheart, Helens birthday today love. The three of us came back from the caravan this morning and we have been to The Shovels for a Sunday lunch. Jamie came as well, not seen him for over three month. Afterwards I came back home and the others went up to Simons to watch Helen open her presents. Simon asked Rosie to get a birthday cake for her, Helen had sussed it out though. I remembered to give Rosie some dollars for her holiday, I might have forgotten if I had waited. Love you so much my darling. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

17th October 2025 Hi my love. Well it is six years today since you came home from hospital. The bed was in place and we had moved the furniture so I could sleep on the settee with you. Of course as usual Christine tried to make it difficult for us, demanding that I spoke to her but Samantha wouldn't let her. Once again I want to tell you how much I miss you darling. I will love you forever and always. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

18th September 2025. Hi sweetheart, 60 years today we were married. Such a long time ago. Today has been so different from our 40th and 50 anniversary. On our 40th we renewed our vows at the register office, had a nice meal with family and friends then everyone back to ours. And on our 50th we were in Florida in the beautiful sunshine. Can you remember we went into St Armandous Circle. Had ice cream and you had a beer then took some photos near the Foxy Lady sign. I have tried to keep busy today as it doesn't hurt as much when I am concentrating on something. Love you so much my darling. All my love always. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

6th September 2025. Hi sweetheart, Mams birthday today. Don't think she would be keen on going for a drink. But, one of her favourite things was a nice cup of tea with a tot of whisky in it. Then she loved a raw onion sandwich. It was one of her favourite things. Please give her our love. I am back at the caravan, came last Wednesday and not sure when I will be going back home. It has been a bit chilly in the mornings but lovely in the afternoon. Simon is here at the moment putting in a new carpet at their caravan and Rosies boyfriend Tyler is coming over to help. The best thing is no neighbours ringing the door bell and expecting me to make them a cup of tea and sitting for at least two hours. Sometimes it has been four hours with Gilly, wanting to know all our business. I miss you so much love. Got some nice photos here of us. So I always see your loving face. Love you. Tuesday 12th August. Well sweetheart I suppose you know I/we have bought another caravan. 40 The Ox Close, yes right next door to the one we had but sold in 2018. I spent my first night here last night with Archie. He absolutely loves it, every time he goes out he has got another friend. He enjoys the park and today we have booked to go swimming. Anyone can go between midday and 3 15pm but if you want the pool to yourself then you can book it. The van is 36' x 12' smaller than the other one. It is really cosy but when I showed Lacey the photos she said Mummies Grandma it looks a bit old fashioned. I know what she means but I just love it. Our van is about 30 seconds walk from where Simon and Helen are. If they hadn't have bought theirs I would not have decided on coming back here. I am sat up in bed with my coffee and the sun is coming through the window and I am going to have an hour with my book. We always read in bed in a morning for at least an hour. I so wish I could spend these precious times with you again love. Archie talks about you so much, weather it is because we are always speaking about you but I sometimes think he may just remember a little bit. I love and miss you so much my love, you were the backbone of the family. I have to rely on Simon such a lot now. Always in my heart. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

13th July 2025. Well love at the moment I am at Fold House for three nights. So nice to be back. It is nice to be away. We went for our meal last night but Steve or Riley didn't go. Simon was the class clown as usual. Think some of it may have come from his God Father, Derek. Poor Helen but she is probably use to it by now. He always makes people laugh and Carly and Dale loved all the banter from him. Love and miss you my sweet. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

12th July 2025. Hi darling, as you will know I am 80 today. Can you remember 10 years ago when I was 70 and we went over to Rochdale. What an amazing day that was. We have lost Derek, Margaret and Jean. And of course you. Christine is now in a home near Claire so in effect I have lost her as well as her memory is so bad now. I suppose I am fortunate to have lived so long but I miss you so much my love. All the family are going for a meal tonight. I have booked at The Air Balloon. I did invite Norah as well but she not been well recently and she says
8 pm is too late for her to eat. I do hope that everything will be OK as both Dale and Steve are going. Love you my sweetheart. Your loving wife xxx E xxx
