Eileen's Reception into Blessed Sacrament Church, Gooding Avenue, LE3 1JS will take place on Sunday 24th June at 6pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday 25th June at 10 am, followed by cremation at Gilroes Crematorium.
No flowers please. Donations in lieu will be gratefully accepted on the day of the service.
