Dad to Stephen and Kevin, father-in-law to Sam, grandpa to Holly, Jordan, Cameron, Travis and Madison.

Would friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Tuesday the 14th of April 2026 at 12 noon for service and committal.

Family flowers only please, but donations would be gratefully accepted for "Scunthorpe Male Voice Choir" c/o

Maurice was a much loved friend of our parents Reginald and Mary Spilling - we heard wonderful stories of fun and shenanigans when they were young couples - just starting out in married life.
As a young man Maurice helped out our dad a lot with his polio disability.

Maurice had a great sense of humour and a mischievous smile. He was a great friend of my Dad, Joss Collins. Always trying to out do each other with a joke. I grew up knowing him as Mogger. RIP Mogger. Thanks for the memories. Dave Collins
