Charlotte Lesley FreyaDIXON(Swalwell) formerly Prudhoe. Passed away in hospital on 17th October aged 28 years, Charlotte, an adored wife of Simon, a darling daughter of Patrick and Bronia, a much loved sister of Liam and sister-in-law Kelly and a devoted auntie to Eleanor, beloved daughter-in-law of Alan and Rosa, a dearly loved niece to all the family, friend to many, will be sadly missed. Would friends please meet for service and cremation at Mountsett Crematorium on Wednesday 9th November at 11.45am.
