Thomas AnthonyDILLONIt is with great sadness that we announce that Tony, born in Liverpool, 18th December 1938, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on 18th August 2025.
He leaves behind his wife Ivy (nee Cassidy), daughters Jacqueline and Susanne, sons-in-law Terry and Mark, grandchildren Alexandra, Joseph, Victoria and Olivia, great grandchildren, Isabella, Thomas, Henry, Jack and Florence, nephews, nieces and many friends.
A funeral service will be held at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, St. Helens on Friday 12th September at 13:30pm, followed by a short service at St. Helens Crematorium at 14:30pm. With a reception afterwards at Greenalls Social Club, St. Helens, WA10 4DN.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and celebrate Tony's life.
Family flowers only please. Should you wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers we shall be giving them to Newton Community Hospital as Dr Cranley and her team treated Tony with respect and dignified care, during his recent illness.
