Thanks to the Cotswold Care Hospice team and the Sue Ryder Hospice. A special thanks to Kelly Weir, Justin Lloyd and Sue Adams. Brian passed away peacefully at home and the family will always be grateful to Allison who was with them at the end of Brian's life.
