In particular his friends at the Arriva Bowling Club and M.P.T.E. Pensioners for all their kindness and offers of help. We would also like to thank the Ambulance Services, A and E Dept and especially the Staff at Ward 4C, Whiston Hospital and the Sanderson Unit at St. Helens Hospital, your wonderful help and support was much appreciated.
