Peacefully at home on 5th April, aged 76 years, Jack, beloved husband of the late Maureen, a much loved dad of Neil and Jonathan and a dear father-in-law, grandad, brother and brother-in-law. Friends please meet for service in St. John's Church, Birtley on Tuesday, 19th April at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Leukaemia Research UK.
