John Roderic LloydDAVIESPeacefully on 9th January 2026, after a short illness, at the Marie Curie Hospice, Penarth, aged 81 years, John formerly of Radyr, Cardiff.

Beloved husband of Mary, loving father of Sarah and Gareth and father-in-law of David and Eleanor, cherished grandfather (Dacu) of Megan, Jac, Cory and Conor and dear brother of Mari and uncle of Siân and Ruth. A lovely kind man who will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Resting at J.Pidgeon & Son, 539 Cowbridge Road East, Victoria Park, Cardiff (Tel 02920 226604) until his funeral on Thursday 12th February 2026 at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel, CF14 9UA at 11.30am.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Marie Curie via the John Roderic Lloyd Davies memory fund which can be found at:
