I only met Barbara and her family a couple of times when I was a small child. She was a good friend to my mother Liz and often visited her throughout the years. Sorry to hear of her passing. Love to you Jane.

Dear Jane

I have only just learned that your lovely Mum passed away in 2023. Barbara was a beautiful kind lady who I got to know when I worked with David at the university. She was very kind to me when I was pregnant with my daughter (who is now 25) and was so generous in volunteering with those who had special needs. Always lovely to bump into and have a chat. I am so, so sorry for your loss. May her gentle soul forever rest in peace
