William 'Wil'DAVIESDAVIES WILLIAM 'WIL' Died peacefully, at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital on Tuesday, 6th December 2022. Wil of Beddau, formerly of Pontrhydyfen, who was the former news director of BBC Wales, S4C and later the TV director of Solo Television. Beloved husband of Jane. Dearly loved father of Daniel, Huw, and Jonathan. Loving Tad-cu of Tomos, Alice and Idris. Will be dearly missed by all that knew him. The Funeral will take place on Wednesday, 4th January 2023 at Glyntaff Crematorium at 12:00 noon. Family flowers only by request. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be given to Jane for the chosen charity 'Velindre Fundraising' in Wil's name and memory.
