StephanieDAVIESSimon, Gill, Peter and family would like to thank relatives and friends for all the kind expressions of sympathy received at the sad loss of Stephanie. Thank you to the bearers and the many people who attended the funeral. Heartfelt thanks to Doctors and staff of Ward 5 and the Intensive Therapy Unit at Prince Phillip Hospital, who were so caring and compassionate. Many thanks to family that travelled from away just to be with us. Grateful thanks to the Rev. David Jones for his kind words and comfort and to those who have donated to the ITU in Stephanie's memory. Finally many thanks to Paul Silcox Funeral Directors for carrying out the arrangements with warmth and dignity.
