Father in law to Ian and Harry. Funeral service and cremation will take place on Thursday 15th February at Springwood Crematorium at 2 pm. Family flowers only, but donations gratefully received on behalf of Marie Curie and Alder Hey Hospital. Beloved husband of Edie. Every time you cross my mind I think you're here with me, then I sadly realise that could never be but then I just can't help but see your memories everywhere, your coffee cup, your old worn hat and sits your empty chair. However distance won't keep us apart you will forever be in my heart. Your broken hearted wife Edie. They say that hearts don't break, but that's not always true. The day you took our dad away, you broke our hearts in two. Dad we will never hear you sing again. We don't ask for miracles, but today just one will do, to leave the door wide open and see you walk through. We would wrap our arms around you and kiss your smiling face, for you were very special, who no one can replace. Love and miss you always R.I.P xxxxx
