Kathryn EmmaDAVIDKathryn David "Kate" Passed away peacefully on the 6th of July at the Leicester royal infirmary aged 48 with her beloved husband Mark by her side. Babe wear your angel wings with pride. Kate will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all that knew her family, friends, colleagues, and staff.

Kate's funeral will be held at Gilroes Crematorium on Monday 12th August at 14.30. Everybody is welcome to celebrate Kate's life.

Family flowers only please, donations can be made in Kate's memory to the Sepsis Trust.

Rest in peace Kate. You were always so friendly, helpful and always asking about my partner when I needed to visit your department at work. You won't be forgotten and it was lovely to have known you. Hopefully see you again someday in another time and place. Rest easy and God bless.

I had the privilege to work with and know Katie for almost 2 and a half years. I have never met anyone more dedicated or anyone who loved their job as much as Katie did.

Katie, I hope you are at peace now lovely with no more pain or suffering.
Rest in peace Katie, you will be missed.
