Brian was born in Braunston, Northamptonshire, where his mother had been evacuated during the war - the son of an Irish immigrant. He grew up in Tottenham, and remained a devoted Spurs supporter for the rest of his life. Known for his sense of humour, he brought laughter wherever he went. After a long career as a supermarket manager, Brian spent his retirement close to his family in Houghton Regis, Dunstable, and treasured time away in his caravan with friends and family.
He was the beloved husband of Josephine, and much-loved father to Geoffrey, Ian, Sharon, and Christopher. He was a cherished grandfather to Charlotte, Jack, James, and Aoife, and great-grandfather to Finley.
Brian will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
