HaroldDALE'H' At this time of overwhelming sadness, Sylvia, Jacqui, Simon, Sam & Elliot would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their messages and cards of condolence and donations to St Chads Church, Longsdon and Leek Cricket Club received in memory of 'H' There are simply no words to express our appreciation for the support and kindness shown to us following the death of our beloved 'H' who, despite the mental torture and imprisonment that is Alzheimer's disease, remained his polite, gracious and forever grateful self until the very end. Special thanks go to Sharon and her team at Wall Hill who, despite the difficulties, made it possible for Jacqui to be at her Dad's side as he peacefully passed away. Thanks also to Dad's Social Workers Simon & Jackie for their 'forever' support and of course, Michael, Paul, Sam and the staff at Sigleys who took such great care of Dad and supported us with sensitivity, compassion and commitment. Finally, Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to join us at home to pay their final respects to "My Dad 'H' " Gone but never ever forgotten. RIP lovely man x A service of remembrance for 'H' will take place at Longsdon Church followed by afternoon tea at Leek Cricket Club in June 2021. Details will be provided later.
