Loving father of Georgia, beloved friend to all, will be dearly missed.
A wonderful man who listened intently, laughed loudly, had a beautifully open mind, and a LOT of love.
The family would also like to thank all the physios from Mount Gould Hospital, the Parkinson's and neurology team at Derriford Hospital in addition to all at the Lyd Ward also of Derriford Hospital for making his last weeks as pleasant as possible.
Funeral service will be held at The Park Crematorium, Ceremony Room 2 on Friday 28th November at 14:30.
Family flowers only, donations made payable to Alzheimers Society and Parkinson's UK can be made at the retiring collection.
