Lee. I couldn't bring myself to leave this message until now. You were the best boss I've ever had, and over the years you became a friend. I'm not a crier, but I've shed many tears this week. I missed you from the moment I heard of your passing. You were a breath of fresh air. A straight talker, a hard worker and the very best mentor anybody could have had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've ever taught me. From my first day of watching how you carried yourself, I was in complete awe of you. You were the heart of the business, and you leave us all broken hearted. You story telling and jokes made my days. We enjoyed many chats during lockdown, whilst he was caretaker of my son's school (which again you excelled at). I hate that we've had our last conversation, that's what stings the most. But I take away with me the many lessons you've shared. "Family First" is what he drove home the most. I wholeheartedly agree. See you on the other side my friend. Deepest sympathies to all of your family, from your friend, Dave x

My darling son. I cannot begin to explain the pain I'm feeling. You're leaving a huge hole in this little family of ours and you will be missed terribly. Your dad and I were proud of you and you were loved so so much. Your dad will be waiting for you. Sending all of my love from your heartbroken mam xx
