What a sweetheart. I got to know him 2 years ago. My Father used to teach him. I recognised him in a school photo Dad had from the 70's.
Dave had not changed from that cute little lad. I saw him on the bus and simply showed him the picture. He was thrilled to bits.
Since then we always had a chat, usually on the Ermine bus.
Will be there tomorrow to say goodbye to truly likeable gentleman.

Dave, a true gentleman and you won our hearts at the Bracebridge Heath Social Club, even if you didn’t win at darts against us!

We are all heartbroken and thoughts are with the family.

Such a likeable character and one we’ll miss when we visit the Joiners.

Rest in peace mate.

Until we meet again, Andy

He was the most brilliant person I have ever met. He greeted you with " Hello Chap" and was always dressed in a shirt and tie and smart trousers. One of Lincoln's finest. Going to miss Little David. Gary
