My name is Pete Milmer and I served twice in the Army with Cliff and both times he was my superior officer. I owe him everything. He was TWICE the best boss I ever had (5 Armoured 1985 & Royal School of Artillery 1990) and I looked up to him, admired him and honour his memory. I was deeply upset to read in our Army magazine about his passing and I send all my love to Roz (always the warm, friendly and beautiful other half) and his daughters. For one of his daughter's wedding at Larkhill (sorry, I can't remember which) one of my sons played or sang or both! Such happy memories!
