Today, we remember Jill, a truly beautiful and kind person whose warmth touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
I will always remember the first time we met in 2023. From that very first meeting, Jill treated us with so much kindness and made us feel so welcome. She took us all around Hull, showing us places and sharing her love of life with us.
Jill was full of life, always smiling and bringing happiness wherever she went. Her kindness, warmth, and beautiful spirit will stay in our hearts and memories forever.
She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Rest peacefully, Jill. You were a truly special person, and we feel so blessed to have known you. ❤️

My grandma was one of the most important people in my life, and a huge inspiration to me. I will forever miss laughing with her over silly anecdotes, going on our Sainsbury’s shopping trips, watching telly together, and watching her tell off Buddy for the hundredth time a day for licking my leg. She was such a strong, kind-hearted lady, and her presence will be greatly missed by all of us that were fortunate enough to know her. I will always count myself so incredibly lucky to be her granddaughter. Rest peacefully 🤍

Jill, so hard to put into words the person that you are and the legacy you leave behind you. For over 30 years you have been a part of my life, as a mother in law, a grandmother to my children and a great grandmother to my grandchildren. Always welcoming, always caring, always supporting. It will be so hard not having random phone calls with you, just putting the world to rights. Hearing about your days out with friends and family. I will miss you so very much, Jill.
