Frederick HaroldCOOKE"Fred" Passed away at Queens Hospital Burton upon Trent on Sunday 20th October 2019 aged 97. He will be sadly missed by Malcolm, Elizabeth, Nicholas and all his loving family and friends. His funeral service will be held at Burntwood Methodist Church on Monday 11th November at 1:00pm followed by cremation at Streetly Crematorium in the East Chapel at 2:15pm.
