MichaelCOOK(Lanchester) (formerly Annfield Plain) Suddenly in hospital on 25th November, aged 63 years. A much loved husband of Ann, loved dad to Sarah and John, loved father-in-law to Joanne, loved brother of Ted, Norman, George and the late Eileen. Sadly missed by all the family. Friends please meet at Mountsett Crematorium, Wednesday 5th December at 11.45am. No flowers by request. Donations in lieu for The Stroke Association and Diabetes UK.
