JackieCONWAYAged 55 years who passed away on Monday 1st November 2021. Dearly loved wife of Colum and mother of Michelle, Joanne and Ryan. Sadly missed by us all. Reception into Holy Name of Jesus Church, Great Barr, Birmingham, B43 6LN on Thursday 2nd December at 4:30pm. Funeral Service on Friday 3rd December at 10:00am, followed by the cremation at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, B71 3SX. Donations kindly given will go to the Q.E.H.B. Transplant Centre.
