A year since you left us mum. 💔
I was told the first year is all about survival, and they were right. Nothing prepares you for waking up every day with this kind of pain and emptiness.
This year has been filled with so many firsts without you, first birthdays, first Christmas, days out with you not being there.
I’ve never felt so broken, Mum, but I’m learning to carry you with me. I don’t think i could ever express how much I miss you!

I can’t believe it’s been nearly a year without you , I miss you so much. All the little things feel like big things, the little phone calls, the little trips to the shops just everything. Carol it has been hard u left a hole that will never be replaced. This time of year is hard as I know how much we loved Christmas am missing you stressing out just cos u wanted it to perfect for everyone, it was perfect u was there. Micah has struggled he’s missing his nanny so much he speaks about you all the time and he’s missing his Christmas shopping with you, u did spoil him and he hasn’t ate as much McDonald’s this year. Am glad he has all the memories with you. But then my heartbreaks for Lyrah she will never have that or experience anything like that with you but she will know how special u are. They say as time goes by things get easier but this year has been so hard, I have needed to pick up the phone and talk to you. I always say to Owen thanks for borrowing me your mum you can imagine his response 😂 u would be so proud of him this year. Am just happy that you are out of that pain and free. I will forever miss you, Love you always Rema xxx
