A year since you left us mum. 💔
I was told the first year is all about survival, and they were right. Nothing prepares you for waking up every day with this kind of pain and emptiness.
This year has been filled with so many firsts without you, first birthdays, first Christmas, days out with you not being there.
I’ve never felt so broken, Mum, but I’m learning to carry you with me. I don’t think i could ever express how much I miss you!
