James ThomasCONLANIt is with sadness that we announce that James Conlan know as "Jim" passed away peacefully on the 11th of February at the Woodland Court Nursing home. A beloved husband to Elizabeth, devoted dad to Vincent, cherished brother and proud grandad.
Elizabeth and Vincent would like to thank everyone at the Woodland court Nursing home for their support with Jim, it has made this difficult time bearable.
A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Monday the 9th of March, 11:30am at Moorview Chapel, Coop Funeralcare Torquay.
Family flowers only, in lieu of flowers if desired donations can be made to support Rowcroft Hospice ongoing dedicated service.
