KevinCOLLINSPassed away peacefully on May 29th in North Tees Hospital, aged 71 years. Beloved partner to Jenny, much loved dad to Sharon, Jeff, Richard and Heidi, devoted grandad, father in law, step dad, brother, uncle and cousin. Loving husband of the late Janette. Funeral service to be held at St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday June 22nd at 11am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to North Tees Hospital Ward 24.
