Thank you to all the staff at Southport, Ormskirk District and Aintree University Hospitals for all the care given to Brian throughout the years. A special thank you to the District Nurses who took excellent care of Brian. Thank you also to Fred Louttit for a lovely service and to H Johnson & Sons Funeral Directors for their dignified funeral arrangements.
