James JosephCOGHLANJim originally from Kilconnell, Co. Galway passed away peacefully with his son and daughter by his side on Sunday, 13th July 2025, aged 86 years.

Much loved Dad and Grandad, now reunited with his beloved wife Bridget. Jim will be sadly missed by his son James, daughter Maria, daughter in law Laura, son in law Stephen and grandchildren James, May, Erin and Ava.

Jim will be received into St Ambrose Barlow RC Church, Lakey Lane, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 8QU at 6.30pm on Wednesday, 13th August 2025. Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Thursday, 14th August 2025 followed by burial at Robin Hood Cemetery.

All are welcome to celebrate Jim's life afterwards at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Centre, 222 Trittiford Road, Yardley Wood, Birmingham, B13 0EU.

Family flowers only please. If you would like to make a donation in memory of Jim these will be for the National Institute of Conductive Education (Centre for Movement Disorders inc. Parkinson's) and can be made online at www.conductive-education.org.uk or via the retiring collection at church, or sent c/o
