William Alexander BillCODDINGTONCODDINGTON William Alexander (Bill) Peacefully on Sunday 12th April, 2009 at St. Andrews Hospice, Grimsby, after much suffering, Bill aged 64 years. Beloved husband of Linda, loving dad to Amanda and partner Leigh, precious grandad of Leigh, Kyle and Kieran, much loved brother of Peter, Bernard, Margaret, Paul and the late Mickey, Susan and John, dear brother-in-law of Jean, Alec, Carol, Marilyn, Sandra and Sonia, uncle to the family and a good friend to many. He will be sadly missed. Service at the Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 24th April, 2009 at 1pm. Bill is resting at Mashfords Funeral Home, Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes where floral tributes will be received or donations in lieu, if so desired may be sent to St. Andrews Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby. God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so he put his arms around you
and whispered,
"Come to Me"

With tearful eyes we watched you
and saw you pass away
and although we love you dearly
we could not make you stay.

A Golden heart stopped beating
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
he only takes the best

A last goodbye we did not say,
In our hearts you will always stay.
Two tired eyes are sleeping, two willing hands are still,
