AlanCLIFTPeacefully, on Wednesday 8th October 2025, whilst in the care of the Anchorage Care Home, Grimsby, Alan, aged 91 years, sadly passed away. He was a dearly loved and devoted Husband of Rose, (Rosie) and Stepfather of Debbie. Alan was a loyal friend to many. His love of life, humour and endless generosity will always be treasured and greatly missed by all that knew him.

A funeral service to celebrate Alan's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 4th November at 12:00 hours.

Alan wished for their farewell to be a celebration rather than a mourning. To reflect this, we invite you to wear bright, happy colours that reflect the joy they brought into the world.

By request family flowers only please. Donations in Alan's memory may be made to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and The Anchorage Care Home, Rutland Street, Grimsby, DN32 7RS.

All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, 55 Abbey Road, Grimsby, DN32 0HN. Tel: 01472 355707.

Deepest sympathies to Rose and family. Alan was a gentleman through and through, kind, thoughtful, funny and caring. He will be sadly missed by all at Friendship At Home and the exercise group he used to love.
Thinking of you all
